Virgin indian cuticle hair is considered top of the line since this hair has no harsh chemicals only sterilization.  Hair is in the original state and all existing hair cuticles  are on the hair strands making it the top of the line hair, hair is soft shinny and dries quickly Remy Remy hair is first grade hair with the cuticles all intact and flowing in the same direction your own hair grows. The majority of remy remy hair on the market have gone through some type of hair processing. After virgin hair this is the second best hair on the market. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN DOUBLE DRAWN HAIR AND SINGLE DRAW HAIR?

With double drawn hair all the  hair strands measures the same length and are from several generations, because the hair is from many different generations the hair must be slightly process to keep the hair cuticles calm and not cause tangling, (e.g. in one pack of 18” hair every strand in the pack measures the same length) With single drawn hair the hair is from one generation only and inside this generation there will be long strands  and some short strands. This hair does not need to have any harsh chemical processing. All cuticles are also flowing in the same direction making it impossible to tangle.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HAD-TIED WEFTS AND MACHINE SEWN WEFTS?

It is very important to choose the correct type of wefts for your hair extensions. At Hair & Wigs Inc we carry two types of wefts machine sewn wefts and hand-tied wefts.  You should consult with a stylist to decide which weft will work for you before you make a decision. All hand-tied wefts are special orders. Machine sewn wefts These wefts are cheaper  and made with the same top quality of hair and is very popular with most hairdressers.  Hand tied wefts are set width and some hairdressers find it difficult to work with this weft.  Machine sewn wefts are continuous wefts that  can be cut down to any width. Machine sewn wefts are sewn with the wefting machine and are a bit thicker compared to the hand-tied weft. Hand-tied wefts (Special Order Only) Hand tied wefts are a bit more costly and are made by hand, strand  by strand. Each hair strand is tied to the base neatly and very tight making it impossible to shed.  This weft lays flatter on the scalp and give the weft an undetectable finish.  Hand-tied wefts last a lot longer providing you do not accidentally cut the wefts.  Instead of cutting the weft simply just fold the weft and sew.
