Class - Wefting

Wefting is very important in the hair industry since almost every hair goods is first wefted, with the exception of hand tied hair goods.

For our wefting class listed below are the types of wefting (sewing) machine we train you on, depending on which type of machine you choose.

CW-433-3H (1 table system)

This machine produces high quality wefts and is used for very high production. It can sew synthetic or human hair wefts. The machine has three sewing heads and a glue supply device (box), which makes it ideal for sewing wefts. The entire machine fits on a single table and can be operated by one person.

It's always recommended to receive training on this machine when purchasing. The CW-433-3H produces great quality wefts and has a high productivity in producing wefts either from human hair or synthetic fiber.

  • 2. Making hair extensions used for making machine weft weaves

CW-433-2NIN (CW-430-2NIN)

It's similar to CW-433-3H, the only difference being it does not have a third sewing head and the second weft folding device. Easy to operate or produce wefts because two sewing head and six sewing threads are operating together at one time.

  4. How to push hair forward as you sew. How to carefully position your finger as you sew hairs

  7. How to take care of the machine (cleaning & oiling the machine)
  8. How to adjust the tensions to make tension threads suitable for sewing
  9. How to adjust tension of belts
  10. How to change thickness of weft (thicker / thinner wefts)
  11. How to assemble and disassemble your wefting machine
  12. How to make hairs not fall out (glue supply device)
  13. Any other extra techniques we will pass it on and explain and teach during the training

Enrollment is to be made 2 weeks before the class date you want by paying (bank transfer) for a wefting machine (and the class fee).

Trainee should bring the human hair (in case of learning human hair wefting). Bring around 5kgs in various quality and lengths (e.g. long, short, remy, non-remy, straight, wavy, etc...) to experimentation and learning of different cases you may encounter in your future production.

Class Fees

Price of Wefting Machine CW-433-3H $6,000.00 (USD)

  1. In terms of FOB/ Toronto Canada or FOB / China
  2. 1 Trainee and 1 Machine
    The class fee for 1 trainee is $4,000.000 (USD) and the class period for training on the machine is 4 days (6 hrs / day)
  3. Total cost of a wefting machine and the class fee for one trainee amounts to $10,000.000 (USD) to be paid.
  4. 1 Trainee and Machine Not Purchased
    We will train you on the machine at $4,000.00 (USD) or 4 days. If you do not purchase our machine and would like to know how to operate the weft machine
  5. 2 Trainees and 1 Machine Purchase
    If 2 persons from the same company have ordered 1 wefting machine and attend the class meaning 1 machine and 1 trainee total days for the class will be 6 days. We charge $6,000.00 (USD). Total class fee $4,000 (USD) + 50% of the class fee, total = $6,000 (USD) for the training.
  6. 2 Trainees and 2 Machines Purchase
    $8,000.00 (USD) total for 4 days training. This simply means 2 machines purchased and each trainee practice with one machine. We charge $8,000.00 (USD) ($4,000 (USD) x 2 = $8,000 (USD)) for 4 days.
  7. 3 Trainees and Two Machines Purchased
    $12,000.00 (USD) for 6 day class
  8. Extra class few for additional practice class day is 1,000.00 (USD) per day.
    Regardless of the number of trainees, the cost will be only $1,000.00 (USD) per additional day
  9. How to enroll for a class
    You can contact us by phone or email or to book a class. Please make a bank transfer. Enrollments is to be made in advance by bank transfer (wire transfer) to our bank 50% of order amount (for a machine and class fee) or 100% of the cost of a wefting machine only balance can be paid in cash (USD) before the class starts.

  10. We can star a class after enrollment and payment within 7 days (class schedule). If there is a Visa necessary, please allow 1 - 2 months. We assist.
  11. Trainee Requirements
    Please bring to the class human hair and video camera / cam-corder. If the trainee would like to learn how to make human hair wefts, please bring the hair to the class. About 5 - 6 Kgs minimum in various conditions, quality, long (20"), short (5"), remy, non-remy, straight, wavy, washed / dyed, not washed, etc.
    If you do not have human hair please let us know and we can provide you with human hair for weft training.
    We will teach you how to choose good quality human hair so you will not be cheated.

When you send us a deposit or pay for the machine we produce a new wefting machine after 1 week of receipt of payment. We do not stock wefting machines
