What is the return policy?Due to health reasons Federal Health Dep't. regulations on the sale of wigs and hair additions. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES will be permitted, due to matters of hygiene for personal use items. This is also a manufacturers policy and we have no authority over this policy. We suggest that you visit a boutique or shop near you, and write down the exact brand and color of the wig you are interested in purchasing.
