Shampooing

Select an appropriate shampoo for your hair type and the extensions. A qualified professional hair stylist can help you with this.

Before washing your human hair extensions, it is best to gently comb it out to remove any tangles. Wet your hair normally. Pour the shampoo into your hand and then apply to your hair. Massage gently. Be sure to rinse your hair thoroughly.

To prolong the life of your human hair extensions, we recommend shampooing not more than 2-3 times per week.

Conditioning

Select an appropriate conditioner for your hair type and the extensions. Dryness can be a challenge and it is important to keep your hair moisturized to keep your hair soft and shiny and to prevent damage.

Apply conditioner to the middle and ends of your hair. Do not apply to the scalp or where the extensions are attached to your hair. Gently work the conditioner into your hair and leave on for five minutes. If your hair is prone to tangles, use a wide-toothed comb to gently work them out while the conditioner is still in your hair. Rinse your hair well with warm (not hot) water.

Dry your hair by blotting with a towel. Do not rub. If you blow dry your hair, try to keep the dryer as far away from your hair as possible and minimize the heat.

Never sleep with wet human hair extensions since this can cause the hair to tangle.

Do not use any products containing alcohol as they will dry your hair and cause breakage.

Q: What is Single Drawn Virgin Human Hair?

Single drawn human hair is consists of several different lengths to give a natural appearance like your own hair. (e.g., 10" 12" 14" 18" 20").

Q: What is Double Drawn Human Hair?

Double drawn human hair measures the same length. (e.g., In one pack of 18" human hair, every strand in the pack measures 18 inches). This process is all done by hand and is more expensive.

Q: Can I Cut the Hand Tied Weft?

We strongly recommend that you do not cut the hand tied wefts. Instead, simply fold the weft to your desired length. If you must cut the wefts, please glue the ends that you have cut.
